Public Bodies
We have worked with local authorities to support them in developing more entrepreneurial approaches to the management of public assets and asset portfolios. We identify suitable models of governance that enable communities to take a more active role in the management of local assets. We can also facilitate the exploration of options for financial sustainability, and support developing business models. Our innovative work has helped public bodies tackle issues commonly faced with public and green open spaces such as varied land ownership, legal constraints, and existing management arrangements.
We can help you untangle the complexity of managing and maintaining quality in your asset portfolios in perpetuity, and work with you to co-create sustainable solutions.
