We are lucky to work with innovative people and organisations who are creating new business models, relationships and ways of working with the land. But we know that any kind of group work can be difficult.
We draw on theories from group dynamics to help people work better together, ensuring that groups have clarity about their purpose, individuals understand their role in achieving it, and everyone is clear about their boundaries! We help people think not just about what they want to achieve, but how, based on their values, principles and fundamental beliefs. With organisations, we work on thinking about how they are creating, distributing and sharing value and what will happen when they grow or change direction.
